Professional Mortgage Advisers Ltd was established in 2004 and is based in Perth, Scotland. They offer an extremely personal approach from Beverley Callander and Bethany Kydd.
Beverley has 30 years experience in the Financial Services Industry. She left Abbey National in 2003 with a wealth of knowledge and qualifications to her credit that she is able to offer her clients a one-to-one service.
Bethany joined Beverley in 2016 and qualified as a mortgage adviser in 2017, most recently becoming qualified as an equity release adviser in September 2021. She specialises in first time buyers and has a passion for looking after all clients from beginning to end.
The whole ethos which Beverley has created is to truly find out what it is you're looking for in regards to a Mortgage and follow that through with fully compliant advice to completion. Sometimes it is important to look “outside the box.”
Part of their promise to their client is to be available at any time convenient to have a face-to-face meeting at a time and place suitable to the individual, not dictated by an office hours schedule. If it is not suitable to meet due to location, mortgage advice can be offered over the phone and paperwork completed by post.
Clients wish to deal with someone they can trust to look after their needs whilst knowing Beverley and Bethany have direct access to a comprehensive range of products from across the market when sourcing the most suitable mortgage, in a professional and friendly way.
There will be a fee for mortgage advice and arrangement of £445.
The fee for advice and arranging an Equity Release/Lifetime Mortgage is £695.
Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your existing lender if you remortgage.
